How We Do It

Our approach is clear:

  • We watch, listen and learn. We collect data and assess the operations.
  • From the available data we develop measures / metrics that illustrates progress.
  • Review client experience for the issues; what worked, what didn’t, and why.
  • With our client we assess the operations and identify the visible and not yet visible needs of the client. We identify both known and unknown risks.
  • We document our findings in a brief executive summary with recommendations.
  • We sit with our client explain our findings, and help the client face reality.

Often this is on “our dime”.

Then we develop a project scope of work and proposal. How can we offer a legitimate proposal if we do not assess the situation first? If we can not help - we not only say we can’t help - we recommend to the client who can help.

Once the client says “let’s roll”:

  • We develop a plan of action with our clients, define goals and schedules, identify challenges and opportunities. This defines our work.
  • We develop innovation based on our practical experience of what works.
  • Working with our clients we help them achieve the goals.
  • Ultimately we work ourselves out of the job. In each stage of the engagement our goal is to craft improvement in such a way that they no longer need our help.

Our clients see value throughout the process. We make impacts shortly after the start of the engagement. We continue to make impacts throughout the project. And for retainer clients, we make impacts long after the project is completed.

We are different. We build mutually rewarding relationships with our partners and clients. We do more than execute projects - we work to exceed expectations. Our clients ask us to help improve the business. We do that. And then we do a bit more.

That is our real innovation.
