Contained in the electronic "shelves" here is a growing collection of articles, white papers, presentations and publications that we have found useful in our careers of service clients. Some of the material here is authored by our team - and some are links to articles that we found insightful - visionary - or downright useful. Some are funny.
The organization of the Library will change over time - as new material is created and older material is less relevant. As we develop more material we will add categories - and additional pages to the collection.
We also have a bibliography of books that - for obvious reasons - sit on the physical shelves of the company Library. These are books that our team have read and recommend to be added to the collection. You may find them at your local public library, bookstore, or in that bookstore know as Amazon.

Some articles are licensed under Creative Commons - as marked and may be used as permitted under those licenses. The works of other authors that appear here are by permission and are covered under the stated copyright licenses on each article. Some works listed here are "links" to a website where the material can be found.
